Sauna Complex
Our sauna complex features four different types of saunas. The Finnish sauna, BIO sauna, infrared sauna, and steam sauna are available to guests from 3:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM on weekends and holidays. The sauna area is complemented by a cold water plunge tub for cooling down after sessions and an ice fountain.
Finnish Sauna
This is a traditional wooden sauna where the air temperature ranges from 85°C to 100°C with low humidity. It offers a variety of health benefits, including training the circulatory and respiratory systems, detoxifying the body, cleansing the skin, boosting metabolism, supporting weight loss, and strengthening the immune system.
A complete sauna session should include three alternating cycles of heating and cooling the body, each lasting 10–15 minutes. After the session, a 30-minute rest and rehydration are recommended. One session per week is sufficient for maintaining good overall health, though 2–3 times weekly is possible when justified.
Steam Sauna (Steam Bath)
This is a traditional steam room with aromatherapy, operating at a temperature of 45°C to 50°C and nearly 100% humidity. Steam baths are especially beneficial for the respiratory system. The moist heat also improves skin appearance, enhances circulation, detoxifies the body, and relaxes tired muscles.
Like with the Finnish sauna, a full session should consist of 3 heating and cooling cycles, each lasting 10–15 minutes. Afterward, rest for 20–30 minutes and hydrate. It is recommended to use the steam bath once a week, or 2–3 times weekly if necessary.
BIO Sauna
This is a gentler version of the Finnish sauna, enhanced with aromatherapy. The temperature ranges from 45°C to 70°C, with variable humidity. It’s ideal for individuals who, due to health reasons, cannot tolerate traditional saunas. It’s less intense for the body and more protective of the cardiovascular system.
It supports circulation and respiratory training, strengthens immunity, detoxifies, cleanses the skin, boosts metabolism, and aids in weight loss—similar to the Finnish sauna. Recommended usage includes 3 alternating heating and cooling cycles, each lasting 10–15 minutes, followed by 20–30 minutes of rest and hydration. Use once a week, or 2–3 times per week when needed.
Infrared Sauna
This sauna uses innovative infrared technology instead of a traditional heater. During the session, the body is exposed to infrared electromagnetic waves of a safe wavelength, with no harmful UV radiation. It promotes intense sweating at lower temperatures—ranging from 25°C to 75°C—making it safer for those concerned about cardiovascular or respiratory strain.
The heat penetrates the body 3 to 5 cm deep, promoting detoxification, fat burning, increased metabolism, improved circulation, and better skin tone and firmness. It enhances overall physical wellness. The recommended session lasts 20 to 30 minutes, and it can be used daily. After the session, rest for 20–30 minutes and replenish fluids.
